At WaverlyMade, we are dedicated to making better granola that is more flavorful, nutritious, and sustainable. Each ingredient is hand-picked and sourced locally whenever possible. In pursuit of building a better cereal, we hope to prove that taste is not at the sacrifice of nourishment.
Jessica Yoon's love affair with granola began the moment she tried her first spoonful of the nutty, oat-based cereal. Ten years later, she is still obsessed. A nomad with a serious case of wanderlust, she hopes to one day have a vast herb garden with several apple trees for shade. She completed the Grand Diplôme at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and finished her Master's degree in Food Studies from New York University this past spring.
